CIMScan's flexibility allows for very cost-effective monitoring of one or more remote sites. The sites can be continuously linked to the host via wireless links or landline connections. Lower-cost periodic sampling (for example, once an hour) can also be accomplished using dialup connections or cellular telephone modems. In this service, the remote sites can be configured to call the CIMScan host in case of an emergency.

We also offer spread spectrum radio modem pods and repeaters for wireless networking over long distances. These versatile devices can be battery-powered from remote locations and support RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces.
