Application Developer

Description:

You will be responsible for the maintenance and improvements of our current application platform. As a member of the development team, you will be involved in the software release planning, triaging of problem reports and customer enhancement requests using our problem reporting system.

You will help maintain our Automated Build System and Continuous Integration Servers.

You will also be involved in the design and development of our next generation products & platform, using .NET technologies. This is a green field opportunity to develop a brand new client/server application using the latest tools & technology. Our new platform will be developed using an agile methodology, as well as a Test Driven Design approach.
Excellent teamwork skills are also required. This position is part of a team, including application and embedded developers, QA engineers and product management.

Required Skills:

	Minimum of 4 Years Visual Basic 6.0 experience
	Familiar with COM and COM+
	Client/Server Applications
	Ability to multi-task in an interrupt driven environment.
	Strong attention to detail.
	Proven communication and documentation skills.
	Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and analytical skills required.

Assets:

	Experience with C or C++ programming language.
	Experience with C# or VB .NET
	MS-SQL and/or Oracle Database Experience
