Responsibilities
|

Provide training for operators of
CIMScan monitoring systems, both at customers' sites and at
headquarters in Beaufort, SC. CIMScan systems are designed to
be modified by people with average technical skills. We
provide one to two days of customer training when we initially
install the system. |
|
Day to Day Activities
|
|
Set up training program and
materials, modify them for individual customers. Show
operators how the Windows-based software works, how to change the
software configuration, and how to add new hardware to the system.
Training is usually performed on customer's system at the customer's
site. Web-based training over the Internet may be possible in
the future. |

Education &
Experience
|
|
Experience teaching small groups to
use custom Windows-based software. Teaching and/or technical
background a plus. |

Required
Skills
|
|
Proven oral and written communication
skills with ability to think on your feet and anticipate questions.
|

Assets |
|
Outgoing personality, flexible schedule, and love of travel. |

Other |
|
Telecommuting: NO
Travel Required: YES. Position will involve air travel to
customer's sites, mostly in the US and currently concentrated on the
East coast. Occasional travel outside the US may be required. |
