"Six-Pack" for Blood Banks Announced
A new self-contained monitoring system, designed specifically for small hospitals, blood banks, clinics, and R&D facilities, has been announced with initial deliveries scheduled for 2Q06. This cost-effective system is designed to continually monitor the temperature in up to six freezers or refrigerators, log the measurement values, and alert key personnel via a local alarm and e-mail whenever a problem is detected. The system meets all the 21-CFR-11 requirements for electronic data recording.
